If you are dissatisfied for any reason, products can be returned or exchange provided they have not been worn, washed, or monogrammed and are returned within 30 days of purchase. Your refund will be issued (less a $5 restocking fee per robe and any shipping charges) once we receive the product. Because we offer free shipping to you, return shipping is to be paid by you and must be trackable via FedEx, UPS or US priority Mail. If you ship without tracking, and the package is lost in the mail, this is not our responsibility and you will not be refunded.
In order to return or exchange your robe, we must issue you an RA#. Please submit the form below, and we will send you the RA within 48 hours along with further instructions. We do not pay for return shipping, so we will not send you a pre-paid shipping label. You can ship the package back to us with any method you choose, so long as there is a tracking number, for your protection.

FREE GROUND SHIPPING via UPS to addresses in the mainland US! All products are shipped from South Carolina and are generally received within 3-7 business days. South Carolina orders are typically received next day, even with Free Ground Delivery. Please provide a physical address, no PO boxes please. We normally ship within 1 business day from the time your order is received. We process orders 5 days a week Monday-Friday, US holidays excluded.
