Have confidence in ordering with LuxurySpaRobes.com, however if you are dissatisfied for any reason, products can be returned for a full refund or exchange provided they have not been used or washed, are not monogrammed and are returned either by FedEx, UPS or certified USMail within 30 days of purchase. Robes that are monogrammed are final sale because we cannot re-sell them, so it is important to choose the correct size. Because we offer free shipping to you, return shipping must be trackable and is to be paid by you in the event that you choose to return your purchase. If you choose a shipping method without a tracking number, and the packages is lost in the mail, this is not our responsibility and you will not be refunded.  Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card once we receive the product.
