We offer 3 methods of shipping, FedEx ground (free), FedEx 2 day ($18), and FedEx overnight ($30). We ship from San Francisco, CA, so depending on your location, it can take 2-7 business days.  Orders received before 12pm PST ship the same day in most cases.  Orders received after 12pm will ship the next day.  We ship Monday through Friday. If you order a product that is back ordered, you will be notified of the expected ship date.

We are happy to return or exchange your robe(s) for any reason, provided they are not worn, washed or monogrammed.  We ask that you make your decision quickly and return the robe within 30 days of original purchase.  We also ask that you submit our return form to make the process quicker and easier for us to track. Because we pay for a portion of shipping costs, we do not pay for return shipping. Click here for more information on returns.

Each of our fabrics are made from a 100% microfiber polyester blend.  Seersucker, Terry, Twill and Waffle are the 4 different fabrics we use for different robes, each is woven differently for softness & durability.  All of our robes are made to last, and washed frequently as our primary outlet is hotels and spas.

Our sizing system is unisex, so generally most women go with S-L and most men go with M-XL. The robes run large in general so if you are on the fence, order smaller than you might think.  Click here for our sizing chart.
